What you will do

  • Drive process improvement projects to enhance yield, quality, cost, and delivery through optimization of materials and equipment.
  • Establish and maintain robust process control systems including FMEA, control plans, SOP, and SPC.
  • Support daily engineering activities, including project tracking and troubleshooting.
  • Provide technical solutions for internal and external issues, such as customer complaints and production abnormalities.
  • Collaborate with EHS functions to improve workplace health and safety.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Physics, or related engineering fields.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in semiconductor backend processes (e.g., Dicing, Die Attach).
  • Over 6 years of experience in wafer sawing or soldering process engineering.
  • Familiarity with automotive quality systems (IATF16949, AEC-Q101) and NPI processes.
  • Hands-on experience with problem-solving tools: DOE, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and 8D.
  • Green Belt certification is a must.

Nice to have

  • Black Belt certification.
  • More than 2 years of management experience.
