R&D Process Engineer (Etch)

What you will do

• Design, execute, and analyze complex process engineering experiments for multiple products.
• Characterize hardware and develop methods for evaluating complex systems and new technologies.
• Measure film properties, interpret data, and troubleshoot process engineering issues.
• Prepare product documentation, presentations, technical reports, and process engineering specifications.
• Develop and implement new technologies, products, and analytical instrumentation.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and R&D teams to resolve technical issues and deliver process solutions.

Requirements

• PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant semiconductor experience, including Plasma Etch process development.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving attitude with determination and a quality mindset.
