Senior Analyst, Channel Operations (Model N): Managing distributor pricing, accounts receivable, chargebacks, settlements, and operational deliverables with an accent on Model N migration, data validation, and process stabilization. Focus on executing UAT, troubleshooting discrepancies and credit/rebills, resolving migration defects, and maintaining business continuity across cross-functional teams.

What you will do
- Ensure DAC/WAC and contract pricing is accurately connected to wholesalers and distributors.
- Manage and analyze accounts receivable, including credit/rebills, write-offs, debit memos, settlements, and ledger accuracy.
- Prepare discrepancy reports, resubmissions, unit trending, agreement maintenance, and other distributor deliverables.
- Serve as a senior subject-matter expert for the Model N migration, including UAT, data validation, issue tracking, go-live readiness, hypercare, and stabilization.
- Partner with IT, Sales, Pricing, Trade, Contracts, and Channel Operations teams to resolve process gaps and migration risks.
- Maintain SOPs, job aids, training materials, process documentation, metrics, error reports, and ad-hoc analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Typically 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial operations, finance operations, contract operations, pricing, chargebacks, accounts receivable, or related processes.
- Hands-on Model N experience is required, including system navigation, data validation, issue research, and operational issue resolution.
- Fully bilingual English and Spanish communication; B2 English required.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with system migrations, UAT, hypercare, post-go-live stabilization, process transition, or data validation.
- Experience with AS400, JDE Oracle, or other ERP and legacy systems.
- Experience guiding or supporting analysts.
