What you will do
- Supervise electrical work and perform installation, maintenance, preventive maintenance, inspections, and equipment replacement recommendations.
- Calibrate controls, gauges, and meters; operate power lifts; identify shut-off valves; and maintain tools, parts, supplies, inventory, and purchase-order records.
- Complete life-safety checks, including fire-pump and generator tests, and inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems.
- Respond to guest repair requests and support the maintenance of resort facilities and equipment.
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, coaching, and motivation of employees.
- Follow safety, security, quality, and confidentiality standards while identifying improvements in efficiency, productivity, safety, and cost savings.
Requirements
- Technical, trade, or vocational school degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of related work experience.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and carrying objects up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs or service ramps, and standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
