Analyst - Sales Operations

Location: Remote within the United States; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

What you will do

• Support Utility and Broadband Solutions through the Digital Data Platform transition and ongoing development.
• Compile and analyze historical sales data and trends to support forecasting.
• Build interactive, actionable reporting on structured data models and complex datasets.
• Gather requirements and design performance and forecasting reports for Global Sales teams.
• Maintain historical, current, and future sales performance information.
• Develop KPIs, analytical tools, and solutions while addressing ad hoc business problems.

Requirements

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience required; 4+ years preferred.
• Knowledge of B2B supply chain, including MRO, electrical, inventory, VMI, and pricing.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Ability to visualize data, communicate insights, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Availability to travel 0%–25%.
