Sales and Service Senior Analyst (Sales Operations)

Location: US MA Remote

Salary: $81,500–$139,500 annually, plus eligibility for a company bonus plan.

What you will do

• Provide analytical and operational support across Sales and Service Systems, Territory and Planning, Commissions, and Deal Desk.
• Partner with the VP of Sales and Service Operations on data exploration, reporting, ad hoc analysis, and special projects.
• Own recurring processes such as the Base Scrub and build reports and dashboards for sales, service, and operational performance.
• Support commission plan setup, calculation logic, validation, reporting, and process automation.
• Maintain Salesforce data integrity, support territory planning and account segmentation, and validate data across Salesforce, Power BI, and related systems.
• Design scalable automated workflows and document repeatable processes in collaboration with Sales, Service, Finance, Business Systems, and Data and Analytics.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills for writing and troubleshooting complex queries and validating data.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx or a similar data preparation and automation tool, Power Automate or a similar workflow automation tool, Power BI, and Salesforce.
• Experience using AI tools to improve analysis, automation, or workflow efficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a high attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• Typically 4–6 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, commissions, finance, or a related analytical or operational role.

Nice to have

• Experience with sales compensation or commission processes.
• Salesforce Platform Administrator, Power BI Data Analyst, Alteryx, Power Platform, or SQL/database certifications.
• Experience with Jira, project management tools, or Agile methodologies.
