What you will do
- Run analyses to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and guide sales strategy.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Salesforce and BI tools.
- Design and maintain automations to reduce manual work and ensure data quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and Leadership to translate business questions into data insights.
- Build and maintain data pipelines joining Salesforce, product, and operations data.
- Document processes and create playbooks for recurring analyses.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in North America (remote)
- 2+ years experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or Business Analytics.
- Strong SQL skills including joins, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization.
- Working Python experience with Pandas, ETL, and API calls.
- Experience with automation tools like Zapier or n8n.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data structures and reporting.
- High attention to detail and automation mindset.
