Senior Consultant (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: London, United Kingdom; office-based with flexibility to work from home up to two days per week

hirify.global is hiring for an advisory team within a global commercial real estate organization serving institutional investors and financial organizations across EMEA.

What you will do

• Lead valuation management and review processes for commercial real estate portfolios across EMEA.
• Manage multiple client mandates and ensure accurate, consistent, and timely deliverables.
• Build relationships with clients, external valuers, and internal stakeholders; facilitate valuation discussions and present findings.
• Review ARGUS and Excel valuation models, discounted cash flow analyses, market assumptions, and property risk metrics.
• Conduct market research and prepare reports and presentations that translate complex valuation analysis into practical client insights.
• Mentor junior colleagues, support workload planning, and contribute to improving valuation processes and delivery quality.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial real estate, ideally in valuation, real estate advisory, or a related consulting environment.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, including the ability to review complex valuation models and discounted cash flow analyses.
• Understanding of commercial property valuation principles, assumptions, methodologies, and findings.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and client mandates while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Strong client relationship, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues, provide guidance, and communicate proactively when issues require escalation.

Nice to have

• Experience with ARGUS Enterprise, ValueInsight, Developer, or similar valuation platforms.
