Senior Consultant (Workplace Health & Wellbeing)

Location: Hybrid, multiple locations across the United Kingdom

What you will do

• Provide strategic consulting and advisory services to health and risk clients, including large and complex benefit schemes.
• Manage and expand a portfolio of clients by building relationships, improving services, and supporting renewals and retention.
• Identify business development opportunities and contribute to tender responses and prospect presentations.
• Review client requirements and prepare reports covering findings, recommendations, and coverage specifications.
• Oversee renewal and broking cycles, including documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate across the Employee Benefits business and contribute subject-matter expertise to thought leadership.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in the Health & Wellbeing industry is mandatory.
• Experience across both risk and healthcare markets is preferred.
• Previous experience in a large, established, client-facing consulting or advisory organisation.
• Strong commercial acumen and a sustained record of growing revenue.
• Collaborative approach with experience mentoring colleagues and contributing to team development.
• CII Certificate in Insurance or progress toward the CII Diploma or Advanced Diploma.
