Senior Consultant (Workplace Health & Wellbeing): Leading client relationships and driving business development for complex employee benefit schemes with an accent on risk and healthcare market expertise. Location: Must be based in the UK (Hybrid role across 10 UK offices).

What you will do

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of health and risk clients, providing strategic consulting and expert advice.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive service improvement, renewal, and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities and participate in tender responses and prospect presentations.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of client requirements to produce high-quality reports and coverage specifications.
  • Oversee the renewal and broking cycle, ensuring all documentation and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Collaborate across the Employee Benefits business to provide holistic wellbeing solutions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK with the right to work.
  • Demonstrable experience within the Health & Wellbeing industry, preferably across both risk and healthcare markets.
  • Previous experience in a large, well-established, client-facing consulting or advisory organization.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of growing revenue.
  • CII Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII) or progress towards CII Diploma / Advanced Diploma (Dip CII / ACII).

Nice to have

  • Experience with large and complex benefit schemes.
  • Expertise in emerging market trends, regulation, and legislation.
