Senior Technical Solutions Consultant (VTS Activate)

Location: New York, New York, United States; office attendance required 4 days per week

Base salary: $135,000–$165,000 annually. OTE: $170,000–$225,000, including bonus.

What you will do

• Serve as the principal technical liaison between Product, Sales, Customer Success, Services, clients, and external integration partners.
• Lead technical discovery and deliver advanced demonstrations of the hirify.global Activate suite, including Activate Multifamily, CBRE Host, and CBRE Host Building.
• Support sales opportunities by addressing complex integration and functionality questions, qualifying hardware and implementation requirements, and acting as the technical closer.
• Own solution reporting for Activate deals, including deal journals and won/loss analysis for Product, Sales, and Executive stakeholders.
• Lead knowledge transfer, documentation, and technical training for Sales, Customer Success, and Services teams.
• Collaborate with clients and Product and Engineering teams to provide technical feedback and shape the API roadmap for native and third-party applications.

Requirements

• Deep technical proficiency in software solutions, API integrations, and technical solution delivery.
• Demonstrated expertise with the hirify.global Activate product suite, especially Activate Multifamily and CBRE Host/Host Building.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience creating and delivering complex software demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Experience working with property managers, tenants, and commercial real estate stakeholders.
• Proficiency with property management platforms such as Angus and Building Engines, plus strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Activate, CBRE Host, or comparable tenant experience and access control platforms.
• Knowledge of access control and building management systems such as Kastle, CCure, AMAG, Building Engines, and MRI.
• Commercial real estate property management experience and knowledge of tenant relations, maintenance, and reporting workflows.
• Experience with additional property management or tenant experience software platforms.
