TL;DR
Technical Program Manager (Crypto) (Banking, Wealth Management, and Digital Assets): Leading large-scale technology programs across financial products and platforms with an accent on crypto custody, tokenization, blockchain infrastructure, and regulatory compliance. Focus on coordinating engineering, product, architecture, compliance, and business workstreams, modernizing banking systems, and delivering digital asset platforms.
Location: New York, NY, USA; hybrid work with 3 days in the office

What you will do
- Lead complex cross-functional technology programs from ideation through production rollout.
- Define roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, success metrics, and governance frameworks.
- Manage workstreams across engineering, architecture, product, compliance, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Deliver banking and wealth management solutions covering private banking, investment advisory, portfolio management, trading, brokerage, asset servicing, onboarding, and KYC.
- Lead digital asset initiatives including crypto custody, wallets, tokenized assets, stablecoins, blockchain settlements, trading platforms, staking, and digital asset servicing.
- Present program status, risks, budgets, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership while coordinating regulatory controls and reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in technology program management, product delivery, or technology consulting.
- 5+ years of experience in banking, capital markets, wealth management, or asset management.
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise technology programs and distributed teams.
- Strong knowledge of wealth management platforms, investment products, securities lifecycle, portfolio management, and banking operations.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe program management, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, blockchain, data platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
Nice to have
- Experience with digital assets, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3 initiatives.
- Knowledge of Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, tokenization frameworks, smart contracts, DeFi, and digital asset custody models.
- Familiarity with global digital asset regulatory frameworks and experience with financial institutions, investment banks, wealth managers, or fintech organizations.
