Executive Director, Digital Asset Platforms (Fintech)

Location: On-site full-time in New York, NY

Salary: $250,000–$300,000 annual salary for the New York market, based on experience, qualifications, and location.

What you will do

• Translate the digital asset vision into roadmaps, operating plans, governance frameworks, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end delivery across custody, trading, settlement, tokenization, payments, and wealth management initiatives.
• Coordinate Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance teams by resolving dependencies and removing blockers.
• Manage institutional client, vendor, and strategic partner relationships and support go-to-market strategies for digital asset products.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure risks, issues, and compliance implications are identified and addressed.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team with clear expectations and accountability.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in capital markets, fintech, banking, or technology, including at least 5 years in senior leadership or program delivery.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital assets, blockchain technology, and institutional financial services.
• Track record of leading complex, multi-stream programs and converting strategy into scalable execution plans and business outcomes.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, decision-making, and executive partnership skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in the specified U.S. location is required; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
