Program Manager, Stablecoin Compliance (Web3)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; at least 3 days per week in the office required. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $116,300–$186,000 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Support strategic initiatives for OpenUSD, hirify.global Stablecoin Platform, and future digital asset products.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Establish governance forums, working groups, reporting cadences, escalation processes, dashboards, and management reporting.
• Coordinate Compliance, Product, Technology, Legal, Risk, Treasury, Operations, Crypto, and Commercialization stakeholders.
• Develop scalable onboarding, KYB, KYC, sanctions, transaction monitoring, investigation, and compliance control workflows.
• Coordinate regulatory readiness, audits, examinations, blockchain analytics technology, investigative tools, and vendor execution.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 2 years with an advanced degree, or no experience with a PhD.
• At least 5 years of experience in cryptocurrency, digital assets, fintech, payments, compliance, risk management, or regulated financial services.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs, strategic initiatives, or operational transformations.
• Experience building processes, operating models, governance structures, or compliance frameworks in evolving environments.
• Knowledge of AML, sanctions, KYC/KYB, investigations, fraud, or financial crimes compliance programs.
• Strong written, verbal, executive communication, stakeholder influence, and program management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Chainalysis, TRM Labs, Elliptic, Merkle Science, or similar blockchain analytics platforms.
• Experience supporting cryptocurrency, digital asset, blockchain, or stablecoin businesses.
• Experience with regulatory examinations, audits, licensing efforts, or compliance remediation programs.
• CAMS, CFE, CFCS, ICA, or similar professional certification.
