Senior Program Manager, Partner Programs (Blockchain)

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid

Salary: $145,000–$195,000 annual base salary, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location; lumen-denominated grants are also offered.

hirify.global is a nonprofit organization supporting the development and growth of the Stellar blockchain network and its ecosystem through grants, investments, funding, tooling, and strategic collaborations.

What you will do

• Manage, plan, and direct software and product development activities from launch through completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Own long-term partner integration roadmaps and the success of multiple partners across the Stellar ecosystem.
• Host and drive meetings with technical and business stakeholders from partner organizations and internal teams.
• Identify and manage technical dependencies, risks, and blockers across partner and internal engineering teams.
• Maintain milestone plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, meeting notes, and other partner documentation.
• Measure program performance against short- and long-term goals and define reusable program frameworks, templates, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing software development programs in the financial services industry, including experience in a blockchain startup or small-company environment.
• Ability to engage credibly in technical discussions involving APIs, integration flows, system dependencies, technical risks, and blockers.
• Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency concepts, or the ability to quickly learn a complex technical domain.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with program and project management tools such as Jira, Airtable, Asana, Confluence, and Google Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed, primarily to the Americas and Europe.

Nice to have

• Curiosity about DeFi, Earn, contract tokens, and other blockchain technologies and cryptocurrencies.
• Experience working directly with external partners as a program manager, project manager, delivery manager, technical program manager, or consultant.
