What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and align stakeholders across functions.
• Own program governance: frameworks, dependency management, risk mitigation, and predictable outcomes.
• Drive strategic internal initiatives and support customer implementation programs, coordinating with the Implementation Manager.
• Build and maintain program plans, milestones, and reporting dashboards.
• Build automated AI reporting and scalable program-management frameworks for different stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in dedicated program management leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven delivery of large-scale programs from initiation through execution.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams, dependencies, and risks; driving alignment across teams and organizational levels.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle (PDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, Legal, Ops, etc.).
• Mastery of Jira and the Atlassian product suite.
