Security Analysis and Investigation Officer to Saab

What you will do

• Conduct and coordinate security investigations and prioritize security incidents within hirify.global Surveillance.
• Produce actionable threat intelligence and recommend mitigating actions for the business.
• Analyze security threats, trends, geopolitical developments, and markets relevant to hirify.global and Surveillance.
• Deliver security trainings and briefings to employees, senior stakeholders, partners, and customers.
• Develop methods, processes, tools, and ways of working for security analysis and investigations.
• Cooperate with hirify.global Group’s security analysis and investigation function and other relevant functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in political science, engineering, law, or a similar field.
• At least five years of relevant professional experience.
• Documented analytical skills and experience conducting investigations, preferably within defence, law enforcement, or civil security.
• Strong knowledge of the current threat landscape and the ability to convert analysis into actionable targets.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including the ability to present analysis and advice to senior management in an international context.
• Successful completion of security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.

Nice to have

• Business and commercial understanding or documented business development experience.
• Interest in Swedish and international security requirements and standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST SP 800.
• Interest in building new functions and ways of working.
• Ability to work independently while seeking advice and continuing to learn.
