(USA) Manager II, Process Engineer - Supply Chain

Location: Onsite at 22722 Harley Knox Blvd, Perris, California, United States

Salary: $114,400–$171,600 per year, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses and possible Regional Pay Zone compensation.

What you will do

• Lead process improvement activities in a distribution center using 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, time and motion studies, and Walmart Performance System methods.
• Analyze KPIs, loss profiles, and performance metrics to eliminate process losses and reduce variation.
• Create standard work, develop gap analyses, and deploy network One Best Way playbooks.
• Lead savings projects and manage execution of the largest losses within the functional area.
• Support department managers, area managers, and focused improvement teams with project ideation, replication, associate engagement, and KPI improvements.
• Build capability through supervision, hiring, training, mentoring, recognition, and development of associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of process improvement experience.
• Microsoft Office Suite and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of process or value stream simulation.
• Demonstrated ownership of projects that produced sustainable, long-term savings.
• Ability to work onsite at the Perris, California distribution center.

Nice to have

• Process improvement experience in a Total Performance Management or related program environment.
• Six Sigma certification.
