What you will do

• Support the clinical fulfillment of spine procedures in the assigned territory.
• Build relationships with spine surgeons, surgical teams, and hospital customers.
• Communicate monitoring data to surgeons and surgical staff in line with company and hospital policies.
• Provide clinical case coverage and coordinate required sets, instruments, and supplies.
• Report expenses, sales performance, market feedback, competitive activity, target accounts, and product development ideas.
• Communicate customer needs to internal personnel to support product improvement and development.

Requirements

• Ability to develop clinical competency with the company’s spine products.
• Ability to support surgical procedures and work with surgeons and hospital customers.
• Ability to communicate monitoring data accurately in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
• Ability to build trusting customer relationships and provide consistent operational and sales reporting.
