Specialist II, Neurosurgery (Medical Devices)

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, United States; candidates should be located in or near the assigned territory. The role requires in-person presence at hospitals, clinics, and other customer sites.

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 annually, plus incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Drive sales growth for Aesculap’s neurosurgical product portfolio within the assigned territory.
• Call on current customers and prospects, provide product information and demonstrations, and prepare customer quotes.
• Explain product features and therapeutic applications to surgeons and operating room staff.
• Provide clinical support during surgical procedures, troubleshoot product-related issues, and conduct follow-ups.
• Deliver product training and in-service sessions for healthcare customers.
• Maintain account records, manage sample inventory, submit expenses, and coordinate customer needs with internal departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of medical device sales experience selling to surgeons and hospital staff.
• Residence in or near the Nashville, Tennessee territory and ability to provide in-person customer support.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Ability to complete healthcare customer credentialing requirements, including background checks, drug screening, and required vaccination or immunization verification.

Nice to have

• Experience in neurosurgery, orthopedic spine, ENT, or plastics.
