Professional Services Associate (Robotics)

Location: Salem, NH, USA; travel to customer, partner, and hirify.global locations may be required.

What you will do

• Develop into the technical point of contact and trusted consultant for assigned partner organizations.
• Diagnose complex technical issues, identify root causes, and guide partners toward effective resolutions.
• Participate in technical design reviews, operational discussions, and strategic conversations with partners and customers.
• Identify operational risks, maintenance needs, and opportunities to improve product utilization.
• Build expertise across robotic, software, electrical, mechanical, and control system technologies.
• Coordinate with R&D, Product Management, Support, Service, and Sales, and deliver technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in a technical role.
• Strong technical foundation and root-cause analysis skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer, partner, and hirify.global locations as needed.
