Sr Workday Developer (Workday)

What you will do

• Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and support complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, Document Transformation, and Workday Web Services.
• Translate HR, IT, and business requirements into technical solution designs, integration specifications, and reusable enterprise integrations.
• Configure and maintain Workday security, including security groups, domain and business process security, role-based access, and user assignments.
• Develop advanced Workday reports, calculated fields, composite reports, custom objects, data sources, and report-based integrations.
• Perform unit, end-to-end, user acceptance, and production validation testing while troubleshooting defects and integration failures.
• Manage scheduled integrations, monitoring, error handling, tenant migrations, deployments, performance optimization, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Workday experience with deep expertise in Workday development and solution design across areas such as HCM, Payroll, Time, and Absence.
• Expert-level experience with Workday Orchestrate, Extend, EIB, Workday Web Services, and Workday Wellness solutions.
• Strong experience designing REST and SOAP APIs and advanced knowledge of Workday business objects, data models, integration architecture, and interface design.
• Extensive experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, custom objects, report-based integrations, security architecture, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Proficiency with release management and Agile/Scrum development practices, plus strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

• Workday Integration or Workday Studio certification.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system.
