Sr Workday Integration Engineer (Workday)

What you will do

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, Document Transformation, and Workday Web Services.
• Translate HR and business requirements into technical solution designs, integration specifications, mappings, and interface documentation.
• Configure and maintain Workday security, including security groups, domain and business process security, role-based access, and user assignments.
• Develop advanced Workday reports, calculated fields, composite reports, custom objects, and report-based integrations.
• Perform unit, end-to-end, user acceptance, and production validation testing while troubleshooting defects and integration failures.
• Maintain scheduled integrations, monitoring, notifications, error handling, tenant migrations, and deployments across Sandbox, Preview, and Production environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Workday experience with deep expertise in Workday development and solution design across HCM, Payroll, Time, or Absence.
• Expertise in Workday Orchestrate, Extend, EIB, Workday Web Services, and Workday Wellness solutions.
• Strong experience designing REST and SOAP APIs and working with Workday business objects, data models, and integration architecture.
• Advanced experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, custom objects, report-based integrations, and Workday Security architecture.
• Experience with integration monitoring, troubleshooting, performance improvement, production support, release management, and Agile/Scrum practices.

Nice to have

• Workday Integration or Workday Studio certification.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems.
