Technical Commodity Manager (Flash Memory)

Location: United States; remote work locations include Pennsylvania and California-related locations

Salary: $109,600–$186,400 per year

What you will do

• Partner with NPI Procurement, design engineers, commodity managers, and other stakeholders to build sourcing strategies for new flash products.
• Screen bills of materials during product design and propose second sources or component replacements.
• Drive technical qualification processes for alternative suppliers and components.
• Provide technical expertise for supplier and technology selection.
• Verify that suppliers and components meet technical, quality, and sustainability requirements.
• Review supplier technology roadmaps and monitor alignment with hirify.global requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Science, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of professional experience with electronic components and integrated circuits.
• Experience in technical commodity management, product development, quality management, or field application engineering.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate strategies and performance metrics to all management levels.
• English communication skills are required in both verbal and written form.
