Salary: $124,000 - $170,500

• Develop project estimates, plans, and proposals while coordinating necessary approvals.
• Manage project timelines, scopes, budgets, and construction activities to ensure successful delivery.
• Specify performance and design criteria for facilities and manufacturing equipment.
• Define and execute competitive bidding and project delivery strategies.
• Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable codes, guidelines, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 7+ years of experience in capital project management, process, product, or manufacturing engineering.
• Alternatively: High School Diploma/GED with 15+ years of relevant experience in the specified engineering fields.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship for employment visa status.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and personnel.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Subject matter expertise in automated manufacturing equipment and web-handling (roll to roll) processes.
• Project leadership experience in laboratories or manufacturing plants.
• Advanced degree in an engineering discipline or technology management.
