Cloud Architect

What you will do

• Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architecture solutions for business and operational requirements.
• Lead the configuration, deployment, and migration of cloud-based services and applications.
• Ensure cloud solutions meet security standards and compliance requirements.
• Validate CI/CD automation changes, new functionality, and impacts on existing automated pipelines for the hirify.global-NEC shared tenant.
• Provide technical guidance to development, engineering, and support teams, including on escalated customer issues.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, external vendors, and customers to deliver solutions and resolve support tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Extensive experience in cloud architecture, cloud engineering, or a related field, with experience across multiple cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, virtualization, storage, networking, and databases.
• Deep understanding of Windows and Linux infrastructure, third-party integrations, Microsoft Azure AD/Entra ID, and APIs.
• Experience using IT service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Fluent English and Japanese required. Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills are also required.
