Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid work

Salary: $166,000–$248,000 per year at the start of employment for candidates based in the United States. Expected OTE is $207,000–$310,000 per year, including bonus or commission.

What you will do

• Lead high-level future-state architecture workshops for enterprise prospects.
• Define how hirify.global integrates with enterprise platforms such as Snowflake, Salesforce, and Adobe.
• Manage technical discussions with Information Security, Data Governance, and Enterprise Architecture stakeholders.
• Identify technical blockers early and design scalable workarounds that preserve platform stability.
• Develop reusable architecture blueprints for enterprise scenarios, including multi-instance global deployments.

Requirements

• Advanced expertise in system design and distributed systems.
• Ability to evaluate batch, real-time, and streaming integration trade-offs.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise data mastering, cleansing, movement, and governance.
• Strong understanding of Zero-Copy and Cloud Data Sharing paradigms.
• Ability to advise on organizational changes required to support a modern engagement platform, including Centers of Excellence.
• Strategic understanding of legacy Marketing Cloud architecture and competitive positioning.
