What you will do

  • Lead high-level "Future State" architecture workshops, mapping hirify.global's interaction with enterprise stacks such as Snowflake, Salesforce, and Adobe.
  • Navigate complex technical committees and manage stakeholders from Information Security, Data Governance, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
  • Identify potential technical blockers early in the sales cycle and design creative, scalable workarounds.
  • Develop best-practice blueprints for common enterprise scenarios, including multi-instance global deployments.

Requirements

  • Expertise in advanced system design for distributed systems, specifically integration methods (Batch, Real-time, Streaming).
  • Deep knowledge of data strategy, governance, and Cloud Data Sharing paradigms.
  • Experience in change management consulting to advise prospects on organizational structures like Centers of Excellence.
  • Strategic understanding of the architectural weaknesses of legacy Marketing Clouds.
  • Proficiency in working with APIs and SDKs.
  • Must be based in San Francisco for a hybrid work arrangement.
