Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: Japan; travel required 50% of the time

hirify.global is an AI company developing NEXUS, a large tabular model for enterprise decision-making and predictive applications.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery to identify high-impact customer use cases and demonstrate potential ROI with NEXUS.
• Partner with Sales to scope demonstrations, run competitive benchmarks, and prototype solutions using customer data.
• Define customer technical strategies and maintain relationships with senior business and technical stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end delivery projects, coordinating Forward Deployed Engineers and customer teams across IT, governance, and business functions.
• Design production-grade architectures and integration patterns for cloud, on-premises, VPC, and legacy environments.
• Convert field learnings into engineering tickets, reusable deployment assets, and reference architectures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting or customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Data Scientist, Sales Engineer, or ML Engineer.
• Experience leading complex implementations involving traditional machine learning and/or generative AI systems.
• Understanding of cloud and on-premises architectures, enterprise customers, multi-stakeholder environments, and deployment cycles.
• Hands-on proficiency with Python, Pandas, and SQL for rapid prototyping and independent customer-data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to own problems end-to-end, collaborate cross-functionally, manage trade-offs, and deliver outcomes in complex environments.
