Sr. Specialist Solutions Architect - Agentic WorkSpaces, AWS Applied AI Solutions (AWS WorkSpaces/Agentic AI): Designing and deploying secure cloud-native virtual workspace architectures for AWS customers in Japan with an accent on End User Computing, compliance, data sovereignty, and scalable agentic AI delivery. Focus on architecting solutions for 1,000+ seats, integrating security and access controls, guiding production adoption, and shaping AWS service roadmaps through customer feedback.

What you will do
- Partner with AWS customers in Japan to understand business and technical requirements and design architectures using WorkSpaces Personal, WorkSpaces Applications, and WorkSpaces Secure Browser.
- Guide customers from proof of concept through production deployment, optimization, and adoption of End User Computing services.
- Address secure remote and hybrid work, large-scale desktop management, compliance, data sovereignty, and migration from on-premises VDI.
- Develop reference architectures, blog posts, whitepapers, and hands-on workshop materials.
- Present AWS best practices and customer success stories at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
- Collaborate with AWS EUC engineering teams and help define secure, scalable patterns for delivering agentic AI experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
- 5+ years of experience architecting or implementing End User Computing solutions for 1,000+ seats.
- Knowledge of network design, protocols, troubleshooting, IT security, modern authentication, access control, and encryption in transit and at rest.
- Business-level Japanese fluency or above, including reading and writing (N1+).
- Business English proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills, including presentations to engineers and C-suite executives.
Nice to have
- Experience working with end-user or developer communities.
- 2+ years of technology-related sales, business development, sales engineering, or consulting experience.
- Experience architecting or operating solutions built on AWS.
