What you will do

• Partner with AWS customers in Japan to understand business and technical requirements and architect WorkSpaces Personal, WorkSpaces Applications, and WorkSpaces Secure Browser solutions.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor across the customer lifecycle, from proof-of-concept through production deployment and optimization.
• Develop and publish technical content (reference architectures, blog posts, whitepapers, and hands-on workshop materials) for the broader community.
• Represent AWS at industry events, conferences, and webinars to share best practices and customer success stories.
• Collaborate with EUC service engineering teams to convert customer feedback and field insights into feature requests that shape the roadmap.
• Drive thought leadership at the intersection of end user computing and agentic AI, defining secure, scalable patterns for agent delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
• Knowledge of network design, protocols, and troubleshooting.
• Japanese: speak, write, and read fluently at business level or above (N1+).
• Business English skills (verbal and written).
• 5+ years of experience architecting or implementing End User Computing solutions for 1000+ seats.
• Deep understanding of IT security concepts: network security, application security, modern authentication and access control, and encryption in transit and at rest.

Nice to have

• Experience working with end user or developer communities.
• 2+ years in technology-related sales, business development, or sales engineering/consulting.
• Experience architecting/operating AWS-based solutions.
