Personal Banker (Retail Banking)

Location: Onsite at the SPointe Pavilions Branch in Lincoln, Nebraska, United States

Salary: $22 per hour starting pay; final compensation may vary based on lending experience, education, and skills.

What you will do

• Welcome customers and provide a positive branch experience.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other routine transactions.
• Understand customers’ financial needs and make personalized recommendations.
• Help customers improve their financial well-being, including savings and retirement planning.
• Build customer relationships through proactive outreach.
• Follow bank policies, regulations, and applicable laws.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Retail banking experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, critical thinking, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
• Must work onsite at the posted branch location.
• Requires S.A.F.E. Act registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and compliance with financial responsibility, character, credit, background, and ongoing regulatory standards.
