What you will do

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, service-to-sales conversations, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and solutions.
• Build customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through personalized experiences and ecosystem partnerships.
• Educate customers on financial transaction options and available digital tools.
• Manage customer issues, branch operations, policies, procedures, and operational risk.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent experience; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, customer needs, prospecting, and sales.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Must work in the hirify.global office environment at the Fayetteville, North Carolina branch.
