Location: In-office in Castle Pines, Colorado

Salary: $45,375–$75,625 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, service-to-sales interactions, teller conversations, and lobby engagement.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate banking, lending, and financial solutions.
• Build customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through personalized service and technology-enabled transactions.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge.
• Support daily branch operations while adhering to policies, procedures, and risk controls.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be accepted.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, selling, prospecting, and customer needs analysis.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Home Lending Designated Lender Certification is listed for the position.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
