What you will do

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions that support financial wellbeing and increase loyalty.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, service-to-sales conversations, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Build customer relationships through ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence.
• Educate customers on transaction-management options, digital tools, and available banking products.
• Manage risk, resolve customer problems, and support accurate daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent experience; a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and technology skills.
• Additional background checks may be required under applicable banking regulations.
