Location: In-office at the 136th & Zuni branch in Broomfield, Colorado, United States

Salary: $45,375–$75,625 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate banking and financial solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Build customer loyalty and expand relationships through ecosystem partnerships and community contacts.
• Educate customers on transaction-management options, technology, tools, and resources.
• Support branch operations, resolve customer problems, and manage operational and regulatory risk.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent experience; comparable education, certifications, or military experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, customer needs, prospecting, and selling.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Must work in-office at the Broomfield, Colorado branch.
