Account Manager (Commerce)

Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia (Hybrid: 4 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day client relationships across various campaigns and projects.
• Lead medium to large projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and cross-agency teams to translate client objectives into actionable work.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, SOWs, and billing processes.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to pitches.
• Mentor and support junior team members and Account Managers.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in Australia.
• Strong experience in an Account Management role within an agency or client-side environment.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale campaigns, particularly in events, activations, or experiential work.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and emerging industry trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and financial management skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
