What you will do

• Manage day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Lead, motivate, and coach junior team members to ensure high-quality client deliverables.
• Develop and execute testing plans to optimize campaign performance and meet strategic goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and key suppliers, providing actionable insights and reporting.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance across all account activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot data issues and align on channel best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience at Account Manager level in a Digital Media or Advertising role.
• Must be based in London or able to work from the office four days a week.
• Expert knowledge of paid social campaign planning and execution across multiple markets.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing junior staff.
• Excellent quantitative reasoning and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Google Analytics certification.
• Experience with programmatically-bought paid social activity.
• Working knowledge of paid search and programmatic display channels.
