What you will do

• Lead the activation of retail media strategies across search, display, and programmatic channels.
• Develop insight-led activation strategies based on client business objectives and KPIs.
• Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms including Amazon, CitrusAd, and Criteo.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key client stakeholders and media partners.
• Drive operational efficiency through process improvement, automation, and tool adoption.
• Oversee financial processes and campaign measurement frameworks to guide optimization.

Requirements

• Strong experience in retail media campaign setup, management, and reporting.
• Proven hands-on experience with Amazon DSP and On-retailer Display activation.
• Proficiency with retail media platforms such as Amazon, Criteo, and CitrusAd.
• Experience with bid management tools like Skai or Pacvue.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• High level of data literacy and strong stakeholder management skills.
