Account Director, Commerce (eCommerce)

Location: London or Manchester, United Kingdom; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week

What you will do

• Coordinate and deliver client eCommerce accounts across media-owner and technology-vendor platforms.
• Act as the primary campaign activation point of contact for clients.
• Manage projects against briefs, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead the delivery of eCommerce campaigns designed to exceed client expectations.
• Line-manage junior team members and oversee their work and development.
• Contribute ideas that improve and evolve OpenMind eCommerce processes.

Requirements

• Established senior experience in an eCommerce environment.
• Specialist experience in retail and commerce media.
• In-depth understanding of eCommerce campaign setup, management, optimisation, and reporting across media-owner and technology-vendor platforms.
• Strong understanding of the strategic and tactical use of eCommerce and digital marketing.
• Proven project management, leadership, and people management experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup with office attendance around four days per week in London or Manchester.
