Account Director, Commerce (eCommerce)

What you will do

• Coordinate and deliver client eCommerce accounts across media owner and technology vendor platforms.
• Act as the main campaign activation point of contact for clients.
• Manage projects against briefs, schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
• Set up, manage, optimise, and report on eCommerce campaigns.
• Lead and develop junior team members while overseeing delivery quality.
• Improve existing ways of working in line with OpenMind processes and vision.

Requirements

• Established senior-level experience in an eCommerce environment.
• Specialist knowledge of retail and commerce media.
• In-depth understanding of eCommerce campaign setup, management, optimisation, and reporting across media owner and technology vendor platforms.
• Strong understanding of the strategic and tactical application of eCommerce and digital marketing.
• Proven project management, leadership, and people management experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in London, with office attendance around four days per week.
