• Manage and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional growth and career progression.
• Drive process automation through the adoption of AI tools and efficient workflows.
• Collaborate with UK-based and global teams to ensure adherence to best practices.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Extensive expertise in search campaign management across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360.
• Strong understanding of paid search and digital marketing strategy.
• Proven experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and people management.
• Ability to lead and manage hybrid teams across multiple markets.
• Excellent communication skills for working with diverse, international teams.
