3rd Shift Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Mount Vernon, Ohio, United States; third shift

Heating & Cooling Products manufactures and distributes sheet metal products for residential, multifamily, and light commercial HVAC markets.

What you will do

• Oversee third-shift warehouse and manufacturing operations and ensure production goals are met.
• Lead production workers, assign and rotate workstations, manage schedules, and conduct shift meetings.
• Monitor productivity, staffing, attendance, payroll records, training, performance, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain quality control by adjusting processes and rejecting products outside specifications.
• Support plant safety policies, investigate and report accidents, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Coordinate with other shift supervisors and the plant manager while following SOPs and JSAs.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Manufacturing environment experience.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Professional, detail-oriented, dependable, and employee- and customer-focused.
• Strong time-management and communication skills.
• Regular attendance and onsite work are required; remote work is not available.
