Operations Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: New Brighton, Minnesota, United States; facility-based role

Salary: $100,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasts, monthly financials, cost enhancement, pricing strategy, and capital investment justification.
• Oversee operational performance for liquid coatings and shot peening operations.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, sales growth, and profitable growth.
• Maintain third-party certifications, including ISO 9001, AS9100, NADCAP, and customer-specific certifications.
• Lead all Environmental, Health & Safety programs, tasks, and reporting.
• Manage corporate operations reporting and collaborate with Sales and Quality Managers.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Management, Manufacturing, Accounting, Quality, or a related field.
• Management experience in metal finishing and at least 3 years of progressive leadership experience in chemical processing or liquid coatings.
• At least 3 years of P&L management experience in a multi-million-dollar manufacturing operation.
• Experience with ISO and NADCAP requirements and with external regulatory and certification organizations, including OSHA, ATF, and state or county regulators.
• Strong financial acumen, communication skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
