Night Site Supervisor

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; onsite night shift

Salary: $72,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate activities for company and temporary employees assigned to the program.
• Train, supervise, instruct, and evaluate employees on tasks, safety policies, and procedures.
• Conduct quality, service, safety, sanitation, and OSHA compliance inspections.
• Track equipment maintenance, repairs, supplies, and inventory.
• Prepare pass-down, weekly, and monthly reports and maintain training, inspection, attendance, and metrics records.
• Address personnel and customer issues, correct at-risk behavior, and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of database, internet, spreadsheet, and word-processing software.
• Good written and verbal communication, customer service, training, time management, problem-solving, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to read safety and operating documents and write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds; a valid driver's license or forklift certification may be required.

Nice to have

• Bilingual Spanish communication skills.
• Experience using forklifts and pallet jacks.
