Operations Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Location: Arlington, Tennessee, USA — 100% onsite. Outbound second shift, Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.; overtime and weekend hours may be required.

What you will do

• Manage daily inbound and outbound operations for a business unit across Case Pick and Replenishment Departments.
• Maintain process consistency, accountability, performance standards, and vendor compliance records.
• Mentor, develop, and train operations staff.
• Troubleshoot vendor compliance issues, minimize chargebacks, and provide root-cause analysis and corrective feedback.
• Monitor and report daily workloads, financial metrics, labor reports, goals, and objectives to management.
• Make operational decisions, modify procedures when needed, and contribute to divisional plans, policies, and programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Management, presentation, project management, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Shipping and receiving and barcode-scanning experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Windows.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Ability to lift 50 pounds, walk long distances, perform repetitive hand and wrist motions, and work in varying warehouse temperatures.

Nice to have

• Experience with Manhattan WMS or Manhattan Active.
• Experience with Process Flow.
