Site Supervisor

Salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate daily activities for employees and temporary staff within the assigned program.
• Train, supervise, instruct, and evaluate employees on tasks, safety policies, and procedures.
• Conduct quality, service, sanitation, and OSHA safety inspections.
• Track equipment maintenance, repairs, supplies, and inventory.
• Prepare pass-down, weekly, and monthly reports and maintain training, inspection, attendance, and metrics records.
• Address employee and customer issues, correct at-risk behavior, and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training, plus a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of database, internet, spreadsheet, and word-processing software.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, training, time management, problem-solving, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to understand safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and write routine reports.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds.
• A valid driver’s license and forklift certification may be required.

Nice to have

• Bilingual Spanish skills.
• Experience using forklifts and pallet jacks.
