ATS Business Support Manager

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States; 5 days per week in the office. Travel up to 10% may be required. Relocation is available; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $128,470–$192,710 per year, plus incentive bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team supporting the Automatic Transfer Switch business and dealer network.
• Drive team performance through training, mentoring, and continuous development.
• Build relationships with dealers, customers, sales, product, operations, and other cross-functional partners.
• Improve business processes, documentation, and operational tools.
• Support new product introductions and business growth initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and shape strategy.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of tactical and strategic planning techniques.
• Ability to recognize, anticipate, and resolve organizational, operational, and process problems.
• Customer and market focus with the ability to respond to internal and external customer needs.
• Experience managing people, addressing performance issues and workplace conflicts, and supporting career development.
• Ability to work in the Alpharetta office five days per week.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience supporting dealer or customer-facing organizations.
• Knowledge of ATS, switchgear, electric power, or related products.
