Senior Director, Execution & Experience (Telecommunications)

Location: Macquarie Park, NSW, Australia; hybrid arrangement with three days in the office and two days remote or from home

What you will do

• Lead frontline execution, readiness, and enablement across retail, contact centre, digital, and partner channels.
• Drive customer and frontline experience improvements through insights, feedback, and continuous improvement programs.
• Align business priorities with frontline capability, operational performance, and customer outcomes.
• Develop knowledge, learning, and AI-enabled capability solutions to improve productivity and performance.
• Lead merchandising execution and strengthen strategic partnerships with Apple, Samsung, Google, and other vendors.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team while partnering with Product, Marketing, GTM, Operations, and Technology leaders.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in large, complex, customer-facing organisations.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation, customer experience, operations, or enablement functions.
• Demonstrated ability to balance commercial growth, customer outcomes, and operational performance.
• Strong executive-level stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams in complex environments.
• Passion for simplification, continuous improvement, and developing future leaders.
