What you will do
- Drive high-priority initiatives across engineering, product, and business development.
- Work directly with leadership to solve complex business and product challenges.
- Build and scale new teams, processes, and operational capabilities.
- Lead cross-functional projects from initial planning through final execution.
- Research new markets and business opportunities to support company growth.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical, high-impact solutions.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound business judgment.
- Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Must be based in or able to work from Sydney, Australia.
