What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Return to Work Specialists and case managers.
- Drive operational performance, service delivery targets, quality, workload management, and customer outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance on complex claims and return-to-work matters.
- Coordinate with employers, injured workers, healthcare providers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Manage escalations and support the resolution of complex or sensitive cases.
- Identify improvements to processes, service delivery, and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
Requirements
- Previous leadership or people management experience in workers’ compensation, injury management, rehabilitation, or a related environment.
- Strong knowledge of return-to-work principles and injury management practices.
- Experience supporting complex claims or return-to-work matters.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
