What you will do
- Establish and maintain a company-wide framework for governing strategic and business-critical initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional coordination to clarify ownership and resolve execution barriers across all business functions.
- Drive the design and continuous improvement of SOPs, operating processes, and accountability mechanisms.
- Oversee the business operating rhythm, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive business reviews.
- Develop executive dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide accurate management insights and performance trends.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess benefits realization and identify operational improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in business operations, strategy execution, management consulting, or enterprise PMO.
- Proven track record of working directly with CEOs, executive committees, or senior leadership groups.
- Experience in financial services, FinTech, payments, or trading industries is preferred.
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex company-wide initiatives.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, commerce, operations, or strategy.
- Must be based in Sydney, Australia (Hybrid work model).
