What you will do

• Complete supplier requests for quotations and prepare supplier profiles for management presentations.
• Support supplier account managers with supplier management, quarterly business reviews, capacity reviews, and meeting preparation.
• Create, reschedule, and cancel purchase orders according to MRP requirements.
• Track material status, expedite deliveries, and provide updates to factory stakeholders and leadership.
• Resolve purchase order, invoice, and receipt discrepancies with Accounts Payable.
• Identify alternate or emergency material sources and reduce excess purchase orders and inventory through supplier negotiations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Good academic standing; a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale is preferred.
• Creative and analytical problem-solving skills with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Strong listening, written, quantitative, qualitative, and oral communication skills.
• Data analytics experience, including advanced Excel and working with multiple datasets.
• Valid work authorization for the full internship period is required; visa sponsorship is not offered.
