Global Supply Chain, Procurement Intern (Summer 2027)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; onsite

Salary: $20.00–$40.00 per hour

What you will do

• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve process efficiency.
• Support supplier relationship management across quality, delivery, and service expectations.
• Develop and evaluate RFPs and RFQs for indirect goods and services, including professional services, software, logistics, and outsourcing.
• Assist with contract reviews, updates, supplier onboarding, and contract negotiations.
• Research market trends and supplier capabilities to identify sourcing opportunities.
• Support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Requirements

• At least a sophomore pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Computer Science, or a related field during the internship.
• Overall GPA of at least 3.0 and good academic standing.
• Written and verbal English fluency required.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.
• Strong analytical, data-management, planning, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of procurement and strategic sourcing is preferred for the role.

• Prior related internship or co-op experience.
• Leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, or competitions.
• Interest in using AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Project management skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
